How it works – Candidates

This is a fully funded opportunity to gain real-world experience, safely integrate AI into regional businesses, and help support local digital talent into the workforce. Here are the simple steps to get involved:

    Complete the Expression of Interest

    Please fill out our brief Expression of Interest form from the top menu including a CV upload to let us know you would like to participate.

    Attend a Discovery Workshop

    You will be invited to a local drop-in workshop at the TriBeCa Community Hub where we can explain the project in more detail and answer your questions.

  3. 3

    Map Your Skills and Needs

    Rather than an "AI Readiness Diagnostic" used for businesses, we will work with you to assess your "skill-will" levels and identify any neurodivergent or accessibility support you might need.

    Meet Your AI Champion

    You will be introduced to an "AI Champion" within a local business, someone who understands their company's operations and can guide the business requirements.

  5. 5

    Get Matched with a Business

    You (the "AI Buddy") will be paired with the SME and their Champion using our intelligent matching engine to ensure a perfect fit for your specific technical skills and the business's needs.

  6. 6

    Implement Your Solution

    Over a focused 4 to 6-week period for 4 to 12 hours per week, you will work alongside your Champion to complete their specific project, leaving the business with a live, safe, and effective AI workflow.
